Learn About Klonopin & Effective Panic Disorder Treatments

Can normal anxiety develop into panic disorder?

I’m worried that mine is, I have only had five panic attacks since my anxiety started, a bit over a year ago, (set off by panic attack) Problem is, three of those were in the last three days.
Thanks question mark, really helpful. I know thats not true.
Whats strange though, is that I had my anxiety fully under control, for months, and this happened. For the past few months, I couldnt even be classified as having anxiety, the BAM, this comes along.

The thing with anxiety is you need to learn to manage it or it can progress to panic. This is what happens…you feel a bit stressed about something and you dont do anything to relax so then you are a bit more anxious then before…..then something else might stress you out and your anxiety gets more stronger….eventually your body and mind are highly stressed and your mind starts to freak out..it needs to find a reason why it feels like that so it thinks that you are scared..it can’t handle the extra adrenalin pumping through your blood stream making your heart palpitate rapidly…fear or what appears to be fear sets in and you are breathing really fast ..gulping for air..its so uncomfortable..you feel dizzy..frightened..disorientated..terrified..everything looks sharp and clear and surreal like a cartoon…freaky

That is you having a panic attack because you allowed your anxiety to get our of control. How do you manage your anxiety so it doesn’t get out of control? You do things that help you relax…you learn to say no to things that stress you out..you exercise everyday so your body burns off any extra adrenalin you may have running through your blood system…you rest and you eat healthy and you do things you enjoy. Look after yourself…a panic attack wont kill you..it’s a great work out for your heart..it wont give you a heart attack…it will just scare you and you dont want to be scared all the time..so learn to relax…take care

yes they can, and they will never stop, your body is just going to have to get used to them, i was put on Xanax for mine but stopped the meds cause it made me like a robot

Panic attacks are a large part of Anxiety. If you’re starting to have the attacks more often you should see a therapist to learn how to deal with yur anxiety, like I am.

i know how you can fight them but you need to trust me. Now one thing doesn’t help is what scare you because it can make a big difference.

So first what you have to do is… fight your fear, jump in the darkness and resist it!

don’t turn back and run through it, even its seems impossible just don’t give up. Its the only way and nothing more would stop them. You are the one who have the control of it. not anyone else not even doctor or psy and pills… here some example why.

Edit: btw nice Ellerie you are right about it. its only scared and nothing can happend to you but you must know that stress is never good for anyone.

if you see a doctor they will examine your body and then they would say everything is fine and give you pills….. now if you take them it makes worst because you have not all your mind with you.

Like the other said he felt like a robot. it doesn’t cure the problem its just hide them…

Its not good for you and body, so please never ever try something like this use just natural things like a camomille tea or supplement of vitamins, like C – D – E – magnesium & calcium – zinc – L- theaning

Those are good for anxiety if you drink coffee try instead green tea its really great and have LOT of benefits.

the #1 anxiety cure for me is exercise… something that can make you healthy and burn stress and make you relax, if you’re scared to do them for a reason start easy and later go for harder.

sleep lot if you don’t because sometimes it could be a lack of sleep and put lot of anxiety in your body. because the brain doesn’t rest.

Any caffeine? Diet changes? Fish Oil, L-Theanine, Running, Laughter can all help panic issues, you having panic attacks doesn’t give you a full blown panic disorder this happens upon consistently getting panic attacks. I will recommend you look into beta blockers if you do think you need medication for benzodiazapenes most often used to treat panic attacks (Xanax) end up being the most addictive.
